Design Notes
Apart from creating the fusion so that the stop codon is avoided and the frame does not shift, one of the Biobrick restriction sites PstI is also present in the part.

Created from chimeric PCR using BBa_E0840 and the hemolysin determinant from the plasmid pANN202-812 obtained from the Karolinska Instituet, Solna Sweden. The determinant is the same as present in pHly152 which was created from wild type E.coli.
